Kris Barton – Founder / Writer / Website Designer / Chief Cocktail Tester
Kris Barton is a web developer by day and a Mixologist by night or weekends or holidays or…basically whenever he can! (But he’s not got a problem or anything. Honest…).
Kris’ began making cocktails in his teens, first producing a rather unfortunately mix of Blue Curacao and Milk to disastrous results. His next mix of Malbiu and passion fruit Sunny Delight went over much better…almost too good…(there were some very sore heads the next morning).
Since then, Kris has got better at making cocktails, but he’s got much much better at drinking them.
His favourite cocktail is the Moscow Mule, with the French Martini a close second.
