Ingredients

Makes 1 drink.

Irish whiskey 50ml / 1.6oz
Hot coffee 120ml / 4oz
Fresh cream (chilled) 50ml / 1.6oz
1 tsp sugar

Method

Preheat an Irish Whiskey Glass.
Pour in the Coffee.
Add your Whiskey and sugar.
Stir with a bar spoon.
Slowly pour cream over the top.
