Ingredients

  • Irish whiskey 50ml / 1.6oz
  • Hot coffee 120ml / 4oz
  • Fresh cream (chilled) 50ml / 1.6oz
  • 1 tsp sugar

Recipe

  • Preheat an Irish Whiskey Glass.
  • Pour in the Coffee.
  • Add your Whiskey and sugar.
  • Stir with a bar spoon.
  • Slowly pour cream over the top.
