Ingredients

• White Rum 50ml / 1.7oz.
• Lime Juice 10ml / 0.3oz.
• Grapefruit Juice 50ml / 1.7oz.
• Soda Water 50ml / 1.7oz.
• 2 mint leaves, and 2 strawberries to garnish.

Recipe

• Add Ice, White Rum, Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice, and Soda Water to a Collins Glass.
• Gently stir.
• Garnish with 2 mint leaves, and 2 strawberries.
